It is my wish that Emma's Soap is affordable and not necessarily a luxury, the retail price is fair and competitive, it represents the time taken to make the soap and the quality ingredients. A truly natural alternative that does not destroy the environment in its process.
Payment
 All new clients first order is subject to Pro-forma invoice, once an account is set up then strict 15 days settlement is required once goods have been received. Payment via Bank transfer is preferred. Invoices can be settled by card over the telephone or online at the time of ordering.
Couriers & Delivery
Presently we either dispatch via UPS courier service for parcels up to 28kg and or Royal Mail for parcels unto 10kg in weight.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that the premises is open. We do pay for next day service, however the couriers are unable to guarantee this please expect 2/3 days for your goods. If you have any special instructions for the courier, communicate this to us so we can attached the details to your parcel. Please note that couriers do not accept PO Box numbers

We do not buy boxes, but instead re-use clean cardboard boxes, your soap may come in a wine box, potato box, apple box or a shoe box, any sturdy clean box having a second life. All internal packaging is also having a second life!

Packaging
Emma's Soap is to be sold in the packaging and with the label supplied to you. This is to compile with cosmetic legislation, the makers address, licence number and batch number must be on the label together with the ingredients and any allergens.

Emma's Soap does not provide a custom labelling service.
Returns, Discrepancies, Storage
We want you to be absolutely delighted or completely satisfied with all your purchases from Emma's Soap for any reason, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges.
Refunds
Returns: Due to the nature of the product, returns are only acceptable if unused, Should a purchaser return soap, please contact Emma immediately. Should Emma need to recall a batch you will be advised and request to remove the soap from sale, in such cases fresh soap will be re-supplied at a courier cost to Emma. Discrepancies: Please contact Emma's Soap within 7 days should any soap be damaged in transportation or if there are any discrepancies or missing items from your order. Storage: Emma's Soap should be kept in its packaging and stored away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. as the product may fade, deteriorate or sweat if left in direct sunlight or heat. Emma's Soap is to be sold in the packaging and with the label supplied to you. Should Emma need to recall a batch you will be advised and request to remove the soap from sale, in such cases fresh soap will be re-supplied at a courier cost to Emma.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing hello@emmassoap.co.uk quoting your Emma's Soap order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, you can return the items at a courier cost to yourself, the order will be refunded minus expenses (outward courier cost £10 Plus VAT mainland UK).
Product Variations
Please note all soap is handmade in small batches, be aware that product colour, scent and texture variations occur occasionally, and naturally as part of the handmade manufacturing process and nature of the raw plant ingredients we use.
